A law enforcement source told CBS News prosecutors in Chicago have obtained a nearly 45-minute VHS tape recording purportedly showing R. Kelly engaging in sex acts a 14-year-old girl.

Lawyer Michael Avenatti turned the video over to the Cook County state's attorney and told CBS News he got the tape from someone who knows both R. Kelly and the alleged victim "extremely well." CBS News has not viewed any of the footage, but Avenatti said he and Illinois prosecutors are certain Kelly is the man on the tape, reports CBS News correspondent Jericka Duncan.

Jussie Smollett flew back into Chicago on Sunday after his weekend show in Los Angeles, TMZ reports. He shot scenes for one of the final episodes of the season of Empire on Monday and did a table read with the cast on Tuesday.

Security was present the entire time he was working.

It was also revealed that cops want to speak with Jussie while he's in town as part of their ongoing investigation.

Veteran singer, Marc Anthony‘s ex-wife Dayanara Torres has been diagnosed with skin cancer.

The Beauty Queen, 44, who won Miss Universe in 1993 announced the sad news in Spanish in an emotional video shared on Instagram Monday, the same day as World Cancer Day.

Captioning her post in English, she wrote:

Its the third wedding anniversary of media personality, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu and his wife Cynthia.

Sharing photos from their wedding, Cynthia wrote, '3 years down! Marrying you is still by far the best decision I've ever made'.

The mother-of-three had on a free-flowing multicoloured shirt and trousers to match. It didn't flatter her curves like most of her outfits do and a number of people were confused as to why she wore something like that.

Rapper, Cardi B was caught face timing her estranged husband Offset after she denied and blasted TMZ for reporting that she was back with the Migos rapper.

A bereaved wife, whose husband was recently shot dead by armed robbers, has taken to Facebook to mourn him and narrate how he died.

In a heartbreaking post, Kalu Pat Eguono described how perfect her husband was, how well he treated her, and how he called her just moments before he was killed on January 24.

Shortly after his call to her, the husband went on an official assignment with his boss and was shot dead by armed robbers in Port Harcourt.

Chicago Police has released photos of “persons of interest” in the homophobic and racist attack on “Empire” star Jussie Smollett.

Jussie was brutally attacked by two men in the early hours of Tuesday by two men, both white and wearing ski masks, who put his head in a noose and screamed, “This is MAGA country.”

He took himself to the hospital where he was treated and discharged.

Chicago Police spokesperson Anthony Guglielmi shared the photos on Twitter, writing:
