Niall Horan Addresses Those Rumors That He's Rekindling With Selena Gomez

Selena Gomez and Niall Horan sent their fans into a tizzy of excitement when they started fueling romance rumors around this time last year...and now they just might be doing it again!
Ryan Seacrest chatted with the One Direction crooner on Los Angeles'
102.7 KIIS-FM radio on Wednesday morning during which he asked Horan about speculation that he and Gomez were rekindling said romance.
Though the pop star didn't reveal whether or not the rumors were true, he did ask Seacrest to help him out with it.
Horan revealed, "I don't have a girlfriend," to which Seacrest responded, "You should rekindle with Selena. I like her." The singer quipped, "Sort it out!"
He also revealed that it had been "about a year" since his last serious relationship, noting he "prefers" being single. Interestingly enough, Seacrest—who has been most recently connected to Adriana Lima —said he is also currently single, admitting he has "a good time" without a girlfriend.
Hmm...

Meanwhile, Horan also got to chatting about the future of 1D and the break all Directioners hope will end soon.
"It's pretty much in the same position as it was when we told people we were taking the break," he explained of their current state. "We're just sort of chilling out…We took the break at a time when we thought it was right. We finished five years of solid touring for nine months of the year."
He also clarified that they're all still friends and always stay in contact. "Everyone's been great. We all email and stuff like that, and everyone keeps in touch…I see Louis [Tomlinson ] quite a bit, we don't live too far away from each other. I haven't seen Harry [Styles ] in a while, and I haven't seen
Liam [ Payne] in a bit either."

But that's not because they don't want to. They've all just been really busy.
"We're all just kind of doing our own bits and pieces now. We're all enjoying it, we're all in touch, but I think people have this public perception that we all hate each other and One Direction is never going to happen ever again," he said. "I think people are making that up. We've never given any hint...I think the media started to turn all of these words and make it seem like we all hate each other and One Direction will never happen again, which is complete bulls--t. It definitely will. We're just enjoying our time."

As for his own music, he's been
chugging along in the studio .
"I'll be bringing out [another] song starting next year, I'd say, and I'll probably try to bring the album out just before the summer," Horan told Seacrest. "Yesterday, I recorded my eighth song, so I'm kind of three-quarters of the way there."
We can't wait!
