You can start by not flaunting your financial status.  If you show a great interest in high-end products, designer brands, trendy restaurants, pricey alcoholic potions and the like, you're going to be an obvious target for women who are of the same bent...materialistic.  Dress down (not dirty or unkempt, but casually and without the high-end designer labels) and try hanging out in places where "normal" women are likely to go.  If you want non-materialistic types, they tend to hover around non-profit organizations, schools, academic organizations, and other places where money is not the bottom line.  You don't mention your age, but older women tend to be more financially independent and less materialistic in their view of male partners.
